The staff was exceptionally nice and exceptional. Had twin room with queen size or king size beds and wake-up service was available in it. Welcoming service offered in this hotel.

The room was spacious and decorated beautifully with antiques, which we loved. The bed was comfy, but a bit too firm for me. The bathroom was huge and had plenty of hot water. Stairs to the room weren't a big deal since the staff helped carry our bags.

Unique hotel located in a central area so close to the historic center, the Zocalo, markets, churches, bars and restaurants and the major attractions and the most amazingly helpful staff. Superbly friendly staff, unique, nicely decorated rooms with balcony. Particularly good location, within walking distance of Palafoxiana Library. Good choice of food options not too far away from the venue.

the location is good and perfect with a free parking nearby. they serve savoury and varied breakfasts for all tastes with good coffee. the staff has always been incredibly nice. would return there as my trip was special.

Amazing stay in a beautiful spot!
The owners were super helpful and always checked in to make sure we were good. The room was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. The only thing was that the beds were a bit hard for me. Otherwise, everything was just great!

Ideal for a Romantic Getaway
The restaurant had this very nice breakfast that we just couldn't stop talking about-made to order, fresh fruit, pastries, you name it. And the staff, they treated us like royalty, helping with our bags.
It wasn't exactly bargain basement prices but honestly worth it for what we got.
